Picking the right floss can be difficult because there are so many different variations of floss out there on the market now. If you want to stay to the basics, just pick out a basic floss or dental ribbon and wrap it around your two fingers and slide it in between your teeth. If you have a hard time getting in between each of the teeth in the back of your mouth, you should consider getting a dental flosser. This is a little piece of plastic that you put the floss in and then slide the floss between the horse-shoe shaped area. This makes it much easier to reach all of the back areas of your mouth.
